transcosmos inc. is delighted to announce that Shanghai transcosmos Marketing Services Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned subsidiary, was awarded a five-star rating as TMALL service partner for the second half of 2019 by TMALL, the largest online marketplace in China, on February 17, 2020.

TMALL star rating program evaluates all companies that provide e-commerce operations services on TMALL and TMALL Global every six months. Highly regarded for its high quality operations services, transcosmos China received a five-star rating as TMALL services partner again after winning the award in the first half of 2019. This marks the fourth consecutive year that transcosmos China has won five-star rating since 2016.

transcosmos's two capital and business partners in China, both e-commerce service operators, also continued to win the five-star ratings. The two companies are UNQ (Shanghai) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (commonly known as UNQ), an online distributor that specializes in personal care and baby & kids categories, and Shandong Ya Nuoda E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (commonly known as Magic Panda), an e-commerce store operations service provider specializing in fashion brands.

As the new retail model continues to evolve in the Chinese retail market, TMALL service partners are expected to prove their abilities to elevate customer experience and leverage data on top of effectively providing e-commerce store operations services.
