With the recent release of Tailwind Transportation Software’s Express and Express+ products, the transportation management company implemented an online training schedule to ensure customers are equipped with the information needed to obtain maximum benefit of the features and functionality of the software. The online training is currently available to both SaaS and Enterprise customers at no additional cost.

The transportation management industry can be demanding with the need to manage customers, people, equipment and all the administrative duties associated. Tailwind Express and Express+ software provides a solution to help manage the moving pieces, but as with any new technology, it can take time to learn. This is why Tailwind has invested in resources to help customers learn the technology through offering daily online training sessions, video tutorials, and “How To” guides.

The daily training sessions will cover basic use of the software and offer a platform for customers to ask the trainers questions. Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week, customers will be educated on the various icons and key features available in the software. The sessions will focus on receivable and payable charge types, automatic payables, quotes, orders, and dispatch functions. On Tuesday and Thursday, customers will have the opportunity to bring questions to the session for the trainer to answer.
