Trust and Estate Litigator Rebecca Klock Schroer Rejoins Holland & Hart
DENVER (PRWEB) April 30, 2019 -- Holland & Hart announced the return of Partner Rebecca Klock Schroer to the firm’s Denver office. With her focus on trust and estate litigation and administration, Schroer strengthens Holland & Hart’s growing Private Client practice. She brings a valuable practical perspective into the challenges faced by families of wealth through her experience as a trust officer and client advisor at financial institutions.
"Holland & Hart is fortunate to have Rebecca back as we continue to expand our Private Client team to enhance the scope of solutions we offer to our clients," said Brenda Berg, Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Tax and Benefits group. "Rebecca’s experience on the administrative side of wealth management will be highly valuable to our clients."
Beginning her legal career at Holland & Hart in 2007, Schroer was admitted to the partnership in 2016 and was integral to the development of the firm’s Trust and Estate Litigation services. Providing litigation and other dispute resolution options enhances the Private Client team’s delivery of estate planning and wealth management advice to families and individuals, estates and trusts, family offices, closely-held businesses, and foundations in the U.S. and internationally.
"Holland & Hart is where I honed my client relationship and litigation skills. When I thought about returning to practice, there was nowhere I would rather be than at Holland & Hart,” said Schroer. “I am thrilled to work again with this talented team assisting clients on complex, sophisticated projects. The insights I gained during my experience at financial institutions will allow me to bring a fresh perspective to help my clients navigate wealth management issues.”
Schroer represents individual and corporate fiduciaries as trustee, personal representative, and conservator; as well as beneficiaries and heirs with interests in trusts and estates. She has extensive trial experience, as well as experience reaching creative resolutions through mediation. She is an active member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, Denver Estate Planning Council, Women’s Bar Association, and a past board member of the Hunger Free Colorado organization.
