Tulsa is plenty hot on its own, but Tulsa Fit Body Boot Camp owner Stephanie Flynn is planning on making it just a bit hotter at her fitness boot camp next month.

“We’re about to start our latest body transformation challenge, the 14-Day Summer Meltdown,” says Flynn, “and we’re really excited about it.”

The 14-Day Summertime meltdown starts on Monday, August 4, and will take place at the fitness boot camp at 3131 S. Yale Ave in Tulsa.

The nominal fee for the 14-Day Summertime Meltdown includes a personalized fitness and goal assessment, a healthy, fat burning meal plan, and unlimited fitness boot camp sessions.

“The 14-Day Summertime Meltdown is a really great way for people to jumpstart their fitness and weight loss goals,” says Flynn. “Sometimes, people really benefit from having that extra bit of motivation and guidance, as well as a trainer standing with them and pushing them on.”

Flynn says that joining up for one of the Tulsa Fit Body Boot Camp body transformation challenges is also a great way for people to find out what the fitness boot camp environment is all about.

“A lot of people think that all boot camps are military-style environments, with a lot of yelling and orders and competition among members,” says Flynn, “but that’s not what we’re about at all. We’re actually an all-female boot camp and we’re far more interested in camaraderie, support, and celebration of each other's achievements.”

Flynn adds that while the environment and atmosphere are supportive and encouraging, the workouts are demanding.

“Our workouts combine strength training with high-intensity interval training and at a very demanding pace,” she explains. “This means that our clients are able to build muscle while they’re losing fat, and to get results much, much faster than they would with more traditional programs.”

Flynn says that this type of workout program, coupled with a customized eating plan, is what makes the 14-Day Summertime Meltdown so popular and so effective.

“We’re always so impressed with the results that people get during these challenges because even though we design and implement the program, they’re the ones doing all the hard work,” she explains.
