She is responsible for increasing the company's brand awareness and product/service visibility among channel partners to maximize the company's sales potential. Before Spirion, she served as Director of Channel for Digital Guardian where she grew their channel business from zero to over 80% globally, and as Senior Channel Account Manager for Websense (now Forcepoint). Carlin began her channel career with Allegiance Telecom as their first female Channel Sales Manager.
With more than seven years of channel and sales experience at global IT and reseller organizations, Akello Ragwar is leading Spirion's efforts to define, build, and grow its channel program to scale its international presence and drive healthy revenue. Her focus centers on shaping and refining the company's channel and go-to-market strategy while building strong partner and client relationships that directly impact revenue and reach.
