EAM and CMMS Case Study Details the Advantages of eSSETS Enterprise Asset Management Software for University of Iowa Community Credit Union
Springfield, MO (PRWEB) August 07, 2015 -- eSSETS, an innovative developer and provider of web-based asset, facilities and maintenance management systems, announces the recent publication of a case study describing the successful deployment and benefits of a facilities maintenance software solution for the University of Iowa Community Credit Union (UICCU). The study highlights UICCU’s asset and facility management responsibilities, challenges faced, and how the implementation of eSSETS moved preventative maintenance into the future. A copy of the case study may be viewed at: https://essets.com/uiccu-eam-cmms-case-study-implementation-of-essets-cloud-asset-management-software.
UICCU currently operates with 14 branch locations serving over 130,000 members, and is on the fast track to more growth. With a varied list of responsibilities including all maintenance and service requests, Jim Davis, Facilities and Services Manager, and his staff must juggle multiple tasks. According to Mr. Davis, “For our bottom line, a more efficient and effective facility and asset maintenance management solution was needed as part of our growth strategy, most notably with preventative maintenance scheduling and branch service requests.” The search was on for an affordable, yet cutting-edge web based asset management software solution to save time and money.
In 2013, UICCU contracted with eSSETS. The successful implementation of a cloud-based application began, proving a perfect fit for the challenges faced by Mr. Davis and his team. eSSETS CEO Paul Roberts notes, “The move to flexible, web-based maintenance software has redefined preventative maintenance scheduling and work order processing allowing the facilities staff to efficiently track all requests.” He adds, “The UICCU case study illustrates how the right technology, coupled with a close working relationship, can improve efficiency and effectiveness in providing facility services and managing assets.” The end result for UICCU has been a better allocation of resources, and UICCU is looking forward to unlocking even more potential with eSSETS.
eSSETS also announces that it has recently redesigned its website to better accommodate its visitors. Featuring several improvements, the new website is now also mobile friendly; additional information about eSSETS may be obtained by visiting the company blog and the complementary CMMS and EAM resources center.
