Market analysts would claim that higher house prices is a sign that the market has now recovered from the market slump experienced after the global financial crisis.

The latest regional land report from CBRE exposed that house prices in the South West could rise 10 percent annually from 2015-2019, Western Morning News reported on 9 August 2014.
