Stainless Steel Kettles and Tanks Added to Wohl Associates, Inc. Inventory

Among the items recently added to the Wohl Associates inventory is a stainless steel kettle by Cleveland Range (model HA-MKDL-100-CC-T, S/N 8387-1). This agitated tilt kettle is mounted in stainless steel framework and comes with a stainless steel hinged lid, a 100-gallon capacity and a stainless steel control panel with controls for steam and agitation speed. The kettle is 36 inches deep with a diameter of 35 inches. It also features a bottom outlet with 3-inch discharge, an automatic hydraulic tilt mechanism, horizontal scrape surface agitation and much more. The Cleveland Range kettle is equipped to handle 100 PSI at a maximum of 338 degrees Fahrenheit. This system was last used in a cook/chill system.
Another of the stainless steel kettles recently added to Wohl Associates' inventory is a stainless steel hemispherical tilt kettle manufactured by Lee (model # 150CHC7T, S/ N B5691B8). This agitated kettle is mounted on a tubular stand, includes two internal stainless steel baffles and features scrape surface agitation powered by a Eurodrive 3 HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor. It also comes equipped with two pneumatic cylinders - one for automatic tilt discharge and another for tilt out of agitation. This Lee kettle is 36 inches deep, 42 inches in diameter and is jacketed for up to 125 PSI at a maximum temperature of 353 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wohl Associates is also offering a second kettle manufactured by Lee (model # 150CHD7T, S/N B5691B7). This stainless steel kettle has a 150-gallon capacity, a diameter of 42 inches and is approximately 36 inches deep. It also comes equipped with a pouring lip and a stainless steel tubular stand. The kettle is jacketed for up to 125 PSI at 353 degrees Fahrenheit.
