Washington D.C. (PRWEB) November 10, 2014
US Federal Contractor Registration is reporting a contract released on FedBizOpps (FBO) by the Department of Agriculture for Quarterly Wellness Services and Seminars on November 6th, 2014. The Quarterly Wellness Services and Seminars contract was originally released on October 20th, 2014. However, Business and Industry Student Trainee and Primary Point of Contact Renee Nicole Jones amended the original contract to add new terms. The modification to the Quarterly Wellness Services and Seminars solicitation resolved a discrepancy between the due date listed in the RFQ/SOW attachment and the due date listed on the actual solicitation. Additional pricing clarifications were also included in the amendments made on November 6th, 2014.
The Quarterly Wellness Services and Seminars is a Total Small Business contract, which means only small business government contractors are permitted to bid on this solicitation. All businesses must first become properly registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered eligible for the contract. All businesses interested must also have the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621999 - All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services on their SAM profile and Capability Statement prior to bidding.
Below is a copy of the Quarterly Wellness Services and Seminars contract placed on FBO by the Department of Agriculture that is set in Washington D.C. The response date for this solicitation is set for November 21st, 2014:
