We want to help make it easier for Texas Veterans to learn more and have easier access to the home loan benefits they have earned by serving our country.

On Capstar’s Web site, listed under the Programs tab, the new VA Loan resource pages have all the information you need. Here you will find more links to the terms of VA loan eligibility, requirements, and loan limits for veterans, as well as information about loans extended exclusively to veterans by the Texas Veterans Land Board.

A downloadable data sheet describing VA loan limits in Texas for 2014 is also available on their website. With these new online resources, Texas Veterans can start the process by obtaining a VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE), which Capstar obtains on behalf of its clients for their convenience.

Senior Loan Originator, Todd Kurio, stated: “We want to help make it easier for Texas Veterans to learn more and have easier access to the home loan benefits they have earned by serving our country.”

Kurio and his Capstar team will be blogging and using social media on a regular basis to share their tips and expertise in Texas home buying and financing. They have added social media sharing capability to every page in the top right corner, as well as at the bottom of each blog post. They hope that you will choose to follow them on social media and keep up with Todd Kurio on his blog.

They hope to reach not only the booming Austin population, where the demographic trends show new residents moving to the city at more than 100 residents per month, but veterans across Texas. They especially hope to reach new homebuyers looking for mortgage assistance programs such as grant programs, down payment assistance programs, zero down VA home loans and other programs through the Texas Veterans Land Board.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Capstar Lending’s in-house mortgage banking firm ensures that clients get their loans underwritten, approved and closed locally with the quickest closing times possible. Capstar Lending has been named multiple times by the Austin Business Journal as one of the Top 5 Mortgage Companies in Austin. Capstar Lending’s top originators average over twenty years of mortgage banking experience to help bring clients the best possible real estate and lending expertise in the area.
