There is groundbreaking news unfolding right now in the vacation rental industry. So, what has the V.R. industry buzzing? Vacation rental marketing experts Jay William of Villa Marketers and Matt Landau of VRLeap have officially created a strategic alliance.
"Never before has there been such a powerful partnership brought into existence in the world of vacation rental marketing," says Jay William.
According to industry professional Sharon Gillespie, the partnership is timely.
Sharon of VRA says, "the vacation rental industry needs more leaders and there is no better tag team than Jay and Matt to lead the pack."
Brady Stump, Managing Director at Rental Guardian, a premier web based travel insurance platform, was quoted on Linkedin saying:
"Congrats Matt! And Congrats Jay! There needs to be more top level marketing in the industry and your partnership should be a step in that direction!"
The news was first leaked several weeks prior to the official announcement made at the Villa Marketers "Free Vacation Rental Marketing Blog" on November 2nd 2013.
When asked, why the partnership? Jay referenced an excerpt from the Villa Marketers blog: "This alliance has helped to further establish a league of extraordinary professionals united and wholeheartedly sold out to helping V.R. owners and professionals."
During an interview with Jay, he expressed several of his concerns in the market which he'd like to combat, one of which resonates with owners and managers alike.
He stated there has been growth in just about everything in the vacation rental business, except "real" help for owners and managers. The industry needs more, not just products to sell them but ways to really offer valuable help for owners, V.R. businesses and their own interests.
The goal of the partnership with Matt Landau and Villa Marketers is to bring together a deep pool of resources geared to enlightening, empowering and educating those who need help and those who don't yet, know they do.
Jay has made a plea for all owners and managers to support the "league." He says they need the vacation rental community to "back them up" to achieve the success they envision. He believes if owners are tired of paying high prices for little results they should come forward.
It was easy to tell Jay is extremely passionate about this subject. He said, "There is power in numbers," and passionately asked owners to keep the giants of the vacation rental business from crushing them by banding together to create better opportunities.
Jay has encourage everyone to support the league by welcoming Matt Landau to the Villa Marketers team online at their Free Vacation Rental Marketing Blog.
