VehicleHistory.com Begins Post-Launch Company Review
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) November 07, 2013 -- VehicleHistory.com is about to start a company-wide review now that their launch cycle is over and their public document search service is live, the company announced yesterday.
“It's hard to have any sense of how your are doing before you launch, and during the launch process,” a VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. “Things are simply too hectic. But now that we've completed all of the elements of our launch, it is time to sit back and review how we are doing. That's simply a good way of doing business.”
The review will start out by looking at any technical glitches that occurred during the launch and finding ways for their IT staff to patch them, he said.
“There is no way of knowing how the technical side of things is going to work,” the VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. “You can beta test all you want, but problems will always occur once your site is released into the wild. You simply have to review things once you have customers using your site.”
Next up will be a review of the staffing levels of the company to see if they are working fine or need more help, he said.
“Maybe we need to invest more money into customer service staff, or maybe the money would be better sent on IT staff,” the VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. “We won't know until we do a cold, hard review of how that is working out.”
The final step will be to review the public records documents sold to customers, he said.
“We'll talk to the people who have bought our products, ask them to review their quality, and have them suggest ways we could do better,” the VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. “This could be the most important part of the review of all.”
