VehicleHistoryRecord.com will spend December going through an independent customer service review, the company announced yesterday.

“We want to be the best site of our kind on the Internet,” a VehicleHistoryRecord.com spokesman said. “One way to do that is to let an independent source review our policies, practices, and products to see where we can do better. That is what we are going to start doing now.”

The review will cover all aspects of VehicleHistoryRecord.com's business, he said.

“They will start out going through all of our customer service records from 2013 and seeking out any patterns, good or bad, that they can identify,” he said. “They will then bring that data to us for our review. This should be the start of an objective snapshot of our company.”

The next section of the review will involve interviewing customer service representatives to see what they have to say about the way VehicleHistoryRecord.com does business, he said.

“Our employers may be willing to share ideas with independent agents during the review that they might not want to share with us,” he said. “We want to give them the freedom to do that.”

In the final stages of the review, the independent agents will look at the public information reports VehicleHistoryRecord.com provides customers, he said.

“We are hoping that during this phase of the review process they can come up with ways to improve the products we provide our customers,” he said. “The whole point is to find ways to improve on what we already excel at.”
