Vendini releases a new patron experience, View From a Seat, which enables patrons to see a full view of their perspective seat before making purchases.

Vendini, the company that makes the business of live events simple, today announced the launch of a new patron experience feature - View From a Seat. This new feature, part of Vendini’s all-in-one event management solution, allows patrons to see a panoramic view from a prospective seat before they make their purchase, helping venues increase patron satisfaction.

“This new feature allows patrons to understand their experience at the event and choose their seats with confidence,” said Pancrazio Auteri, Chief Product Officer, Vendini. “Our sales conversion data shows that giving patrons a real view from the seats boosts ticket revenues and the average order value.”

Venue owners can implement View From a Seat in three simple steps - select one or more seats to be enhanced, upload a photo taken from the seat, and save. In addition, View From a Seat allows venue owners to expand purchase options with pricing based on premium views.
