Participants learn how to create training objectives, create a hands-on jobsite training environment, and successfully onboard and train new hires.

“Hiring, training and retaining new team members is imperative. The construction industry as a whole battles skilled labor shortages every day. At Venture Construction Group of Florida, we’re committed to hiring the best while providing the most advanced training to increase staff retention, along with customer satisfaction, safety and jobsite performance,” says Sandra Lawson, operations director, Venture Construction Group of Florida.

Participant presentations are rated as a performance assessment; it is required to successfully complete the course to become an NRCA Qualified Trainer.

“Training is so important in our industry, and even more so because safety is involved. A single position has many moving parts to manage on each project.
