Venus Concept Announces Shareholder And Management Changes: Sets The Stage For Continued Strong Growth
Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) January 07, 2015 -- Venus Concept, LTD a leader in the global aesthetics market is pleased to announce that Longitude Capital Management Co., LLC and Aperture Venture Partners LLC, have purchased equity positions in Venus Concept through the purchase of shares directly from the company co-founders, Oded and Orit Ron Edoute. Longitude had previously invested directly in the Company in May 2014.
In related management changes, Oded Ron Edoute has stepped down as Chairman of the Board, but will continue with the Company, focusing on the development of the Chinese and Hong Kong markets. Orit Ron Edoute has transitioned out of the Company. In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the following additions to the current management team: Ms. Tal Bresler as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Control, and Tal Nachlieli MD as Vice President of Medical Affairs.
