The majority of the nearly 3 million disabled veterans in America struggle with conditions that are 90% disabling or worse. Taking into account the fact that 6 million animals are euthanized nationally each year, Dogs 4 Disabled Veterans works to bring these two groups together by rescuing and rehabilitating canines and giving them a purpose as an emotional support or service dog.
