The Golseth Agency and the Veterans Outreach Organization Plan Cooperative Charity Drive to Benefit Texas Veteran Families
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 12, 2016 -- The Golseth Agency, a Texas-based insurance and financial planning consultancy that serves families and business owners throughout the greater Dallas and Fort Worth metropolitan region, is embarking on a joint charity drive with the Veterans Outreach organization to provide holiday cheer to local veterans and their families.
Working in concert with the Veterans Outreach organization, the Golseth Agency will be providing a series of turkey dinners, handing out holiday decorations and ornaments, and offering presents to the families of veterans in the Dallas area.
Maria Golseth, founder and director of the Golseth Agency, is herself a Navy veteran. As well, her husband is a disabled Marine veteran, and both her sons are Marine and Air Force veterans. “We appreciate all that our veterans do to keep us safe, and we hope everyone in our community will join us in showing that appreciation to our local heroes,” says Golseth.
To draw support for the Veterans Outreach charity event and gather volunteers to help hand out the holiday goodies, Golseth and her team are connecting with area families and civic leaders over social media and an email bulletin system.
