About the Author
Dra. María Fernanda de Morena Afonso studied medicine and psychiatry at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She also trained as a humanistic psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and coach. During her stay in England working as a child and adolescent psychiatrist, she was trained as a practitionner and teacher in colour therapy. At present, Afonso gives international courses on colour therapy and dedicates time to her private practice.
