Investment banking firm announces the launch of an advanced virtual data room solution for institutional investment management. Announces the Launch of New Virtual Data Room Software, deal platform and M&A software solution provider, announces the launch of its advanced virtual data room (VDR) solution for capital transactions in mergers, acquisitions and capital raising. Like other virtual data rooms, the system includes advanced analytics, user control, one-click launch/cloning and mobile integration. Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the solution provides the redundancy, security and reliability of competing data room solutions servicing the Fortune 1000.

Unlike many other virtual data room solutions on the market, the platform built by was not only built by experienced financing professionals and licensed investment bankers. This difference provides a great deal of flexibility and incentive across both issuers, investors and intermediaries to close more deals.

“At our core, we on the team are deal makers,” says Nate Nead, Principal and Managing Director. “It’s a virtual data room built by deal makers for deal makers with a number of additional features to assist our clients and partners in more holistically managing both buy and sell-side M&A mandates with greater ease and efficiency.

The strategic launch of the company’s advanced data room solution includes other additional deal management features that tie in seamlessly to the data room’s tracking capabilities. Additional features include an advanced customer relationship management (CRM) tool for M&A, marketing automation software, deal project management software and a deal matching service for bringing issuers and investors together on deals.

The virtual data room provides enhanced control over who sees what documents, when they are seen, and for how long. Tracking tools provide secure feedback and analytics, but other tools exist to set up reminders, triggers and follow-ups for those included in a VDR invite. The data room is one part in a whole host of solutions, providing comprehensive collaboration tools for facilitating more deals more quickly.

In addition, the newly released virtual data room software will soon be released as a white-label solution, allowing other M&A advisors, investors, investment bankers and deal makers to rebrand the application and use it internally to fit their own client deal management needs. The ability to private label the software provides users greater control of branding over their own virtual data room system.

“We are excited to not only provide VDR software to other deal makers, but we look forward to expanding our interactions with other issuers, investors and intermediaries on exciting middle-market deals,” says Nead. “We expect the virtual data room will be one tool in a host of many we have developed to ensure greater deal origination and deal closing. We are excited to partner with groups looking to expand their deal pipeline.”
