On October 12th, 2013, the Body By Vi Dream Team, along with hundreds of ViSalus promoters had the opportunity to tour ViSalus’ new headquarters in Troy, Michigan. True to the Vi-Life style, ViSalus made its “Vi Tour Experience” a memorable day full of activities, presentations, and training, including up close and personal time with the company’s founders, Blake Mallen, Ryan Blair, and Nick Sarnicola at their state-of-the-art facility at Vi Global Headquarters in Troy, Michigan.

Touring the ViSalus Corporate offices revealed the long-term growth potential of the company, and instilled an enthusiasm for the future of the Vi Dream Team.

On October 12th, Melanie Milletics, founder of the Body By Vi Dream Team attended the Vi Tour Experience, an unprecedented inside look at ViSalus Corporate.

ViSalus’ recently cut the ribbon on their new offices in Troy, Michigan, just outside of Detroit. Their facility encompasses over 60,000 square feet, and it has been honored in Crain’s Business Journal’s “Cool Places to Work” 2012. To give their promoters an inside look at ViSalus Corporate, they opened the doors to the Dream Team and hundreds of Body By Vi Challenge Promoters from North America, ViSalus Puerto Rico, and Vi UK.

Kicking off the day’s agenda was a presentation of “We Care,” describing the Customer and Promoter Experience at ViSalus, followed by a showing of the Leader Wall, recognizing the company’s Top Promoters. At this point, Melanie and the other Ambassadors in attendance had the opportunity to meet their Ambassador Liaisons. From there, the tour led to “The Nerve Center,” which showed how ViSalus’ Innovation helps to support the growth of the company.

Next on the agenda was a presentation of “Vi-360.” Promoters were able to experience a unique look at the full system in place to retain and win back customers, and learned that Vi has done more than 30 million in sales to the exiting customer base, through excellent customer service and innovative email marketing and group offers.

The Vi Dream Team was especially glad to meet the Social Support Team, and see how ViSalus continues to dominate all facets of social media, as social media has been a primary mode of expansion across all markets.

There was a “Challenge Kit Corner”, with products from Vi’s current global markets -- USA, Canada, and UK on display with their different packaging and components, a presentation called, “We Are The Challenge,” and finally the day’s program was encapsulated with “Team Vi,” a presentation that showed the Community Spirit of the entire ViSalus corporation and community.

In an industry where the 'field' rarely gets to glimpse the corporate workings, much less get a chance to speak with the executives, The Executive Meet & Greet was an exceptional opportunity, where promoters were given the chance to meet with the founders and executives of ViSalus.
