Jive Communications, a leading Cloud communications provider, announced today the acquisition of two hosted VoIP vendors, COMVOICE, based in Phoenix, Arizona, and Vocalnet, based in San Francisco, California. Financials were not disclosed.
The move offers COMVOICE and Vocalnet customers a more extensive feature set via Jive’s enterprise Cloud voice solution. Jive provides an intuitive web administration portal, drag-and-drop dial plan editing, powerful call analytics, mobility, and more. COMVOICE customers and employees have completed the transition to Jive while Vocalnet customers will migrate to the Jive platform over the next several weeks.

COMVOICE and Vocalnet customers will be migrated over to the company’s scalable cloud platform, Jive Cloud, which is continually monitored and maintained by a dedicated engineering team. Jive developers are constantly working to expand its feature set to meet the specific needs of different industries and verticals.
