Voyance H-CAHPS® Clients Surpass National Hospital Scores by an Average of 11%

According to Hospital Compare, Voyance H-CAHPS® clients have outperformed the nationally reported H-CAHPS scores once again, with scores exceeding all ten publicly reported measures. On average, Voyance’s client scores were higher than the national hospital scores by 11%.

In Hospital Compare's April-2013 Report, Voyance clients surpassed national hospital scores in all ten TopBox measures by an average of 11%. A CMS-approved CAHPS® vendor since 2008, Voyance clients have consistently reported superior scores and results since the program’s inception.

Two of the ten most influential measures are tied to patient loyalty and satisfaction. The ‘Overall Rating of Hospital’ measure asks patients, “Using any number from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst hospital possible and 10 is the best hospital possible, what number would you use to rate this hospital during your stay?” Voyance clients averaged an 84% TopBox response, as compared with the nationally published average of 70%. Patients are also asked, “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?” Voyance clients averaged an 86% TopBox response, well above the national average of 71%.
