International water evaporation educator Sharon Kleyne thinks of her talk radio show as a research laboratory. “I’ve been studying water for over 35 years,” says Kleyne. “I’ve invested millions of dollars and brought others to the table in pursuit of new water technology and Health Olympics education for all.” Kleyne teaches that water, nutrition and breath are essential to good health, yet it all begins with water. “Nutrition will be the next medicine,” says Kleyne.

Nutritionist and personal trainer Mary Carolyn agrees wholeheartedly with Kleyne, who hosts her on the current program of The Sharon Kleyne Hour Water Life Science®/Nature’s Pharma®, The Power of Water® & Your Health sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica produced by Rose Hong, founder/director of Global Dragon TV in Washington, D.C.

“I have a passion for giving people information,” Carolyn says, “then helping them take and study it for themselves.” Carolyn shares her health acronym, HMMMM, which translates to Hydration, Movement, Measurement, Micronutrients and Macronutrients. Like Kleyne, Carolyn says that hydration is key to good health and long life. Carolyn promotes the concept of having a plan for health and loves Kleyne’s Health Olympics. “People need movement, daily purpose and a social component such as eating with each other,” says Carolyn. Carolyn also supports a plant-based diet and learning to breathe properly via a movement technique such as Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi. “Like Sharon says,” says Carolyn, “have a plan for your next meal and the next. What are you going to eat next?”

Kleyne is also concerned about the state of health education, the health of newborns and education for children. To Kleyne’s questions, Carolyn replies that “a child innately knows what good food is. We become programmed to eat processed food. If a nursing mother is eating a healthy diet, including water, then the breast milk is the most miraculous nutrition a baby could possibly have.”

However, Carolyn and Kleyne agree that better education should be going home with the young family after the birth and continue on through life. They agree that people should seek out a patient-centered doctor and be more proactive about their personal health.

“Measurements are so important,” says Carolyn. “Every day, people should check their weight, blood pressure and waist circumference, then share these findings with their doctors. And, as Sharon says, you need to take time every day to breathe properly.”

“If you follow this regimen,” says Kleyne, “which includes drinking enough water every day and sleeping with the earth, you’ll be participating in the Health Olympics and become more proactive in living a long, healthy life. Your health is your own. Take care of it!”
