Watercross Championships Coming to the Adirondack Coast, August 25-26
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (PRWEB) August 22, 2018 -- Due to the recent natural disaster, East Coast Watercross is no longer able to hold the 2018 IJSBA National Championships in Watkins Glen, but guess where it will be moved to? That’s right, the IJSBA National Championships that brings in racers from all over the United States, Canada and even Australia will be making its way to the Plattsburgh City Beach THIS WEEK, August 25-26 from 9:30am-7:00pm each day.
Different from the East Coast Watercross Tour that was on Lake Champlain back in July, the National Championships will consist of some of the very best Personal Watercraft athletes competing in Closed Course and Freestyle events to try and earn the right to wear the coveted #1 plate at the 2018 Blowsion World Finals.
Champions will be crowned #1 in the following categories:

Although we wish the best for Watkins Glen during the recovery process, The City of Plattsburgh and the Adirondack Coast Visitors Bureau are looking forward to showcasing some of the area’s best assets to the racers that are flying (utilizing PBG’s new United air carrier) and driving in for this world class, action packed event!
Monster Energy and local food vendors will be on site serving up some delicious concoctions, so grab your beach chairs and join us as the best of the best take on Lake Champlain at the Plattsburgh City Beach, August 25-26. Beach admission does apply.
