Dr. Kent Moors to Deliver Keynote at WorkBoat’s 2015 Houston OSV Summit

One-Day conference to focus on plunging price of oil, trends and technological advancements in design, and challenges facing the offshore service industry

Kent F. Moors, Ph.D., an internationally recognized expert in oil and gas policy/finance and risk assessment, will deliver the keynote address at the WorkBoat Regional Summit: “OSV Outlook for 2015: Bullish or Bearish?”. The one-day event, focused on keeping offshore vessel operators and builders abreast of industry changes and trends, will be held in Houston on April 2 at the Sheraton Suites Houston, Houston, TX.

With oil prices uncertain, Dr. Kent Moors will apply his decades of international experience to the questions of where the new wave of price changes in oil products will go, and what it means for the energy industries and our economy.

Kent Moors is a member of the U.S. Department of State (DOS) task force providing oil policy advisories to developing nations worldwide and the DOS Unconventional Gas Technical Engagement Program (UGTEP), and Executive Chair of Global Energy Symposium (GES), a major initiative involving some of the world’s leading energy experts, which oversees the high-profile analyses and policy recommendations to governments and agencies worldwide. He is particularly known among public and private sector policy makers for providing targeted political, market and risk assessments in crises or rapidly changing environments.
