Weight Gain Network Discusses the Effectiveness of Weight Gain Pills for Skinny Guys Who Want to Gain Weight
Pompano Beach, FL (PRWEB) October 09, 2013 -- According to the National Association for Health and Fitness, there are more than 2,000 different weight gain pills and supplements on the market today, but developers of a website called the Weight Gain Network say they have the answer to the age old question of whether weight gain pills really work.
"For most skinny guys who are looking to gain weight, the question that always comes up is, 'Do weight gain pills really work or are they a complete scam,' said Jeff Masterson, editor of WeightGainNetwork.com.
Masterson said Weight Gain Network, which is a resource for skinny guys to learn how to gain weight and build muscle, points out that research has shown, that most weight gain pills are actually nothing more than glorified multi-vitamins.
This may come as a shock, considering the widespread weight gain pill craze that many underweight people are experiencing. There is a lot of hype and buzz surrounding these pills and whether they are as effective as these companies claim.
"You see, legally, companies can get away with repackaging the same ingredients you find in your daily once daily vitamin and calling it a "weight gain pill" because, well, a daily vitamin can technically help you gain weight," Masterson pointed out. "You can draw your own conclusion of whether that’s a scam or not, but at the very least, it’s not what most people think most weight gainers are."
The WeightGainNetwork.com editor went on to note that his website provides real answers and solutions on how to gain weight in a healthy way.
Masterson stressed that eating McDonalds, and other fast food or junk food is not the right approach for skinny guys to take in order to gain weight.
"Skinny guys have to remember that they are skinny for a reason and simply eating fast food is not the solution," Masterson said. "The goal is to gain weight, but the key is adding healthy weight, weight that will actually look good on your body. You don’t want to pack on 30-40 plus pounds of fat. Nobody wants to be fat."
