People don’t want to lose weight, they want to feel better; have more energy and look better. Sometimes the extra weight is in the way of those goals.

Fit in the Middle, provider of weight loss, fitness, and nutritional information and products, wants to help people gain energy, feel better and lose weight. They designed an online weight loss program that returns a simple yet comprehensive plan to help people feel better and lose weight.
“People don’t want to lose weight,” said Gregg Ghelfi, President of Fit in the Middle. “They want to feel better; have more energy and look better. Sometimes the extra weight is in the way of those goals. We offer a simple but effective way to achieve those goals by focusing on a few key ideas that are easy to track and sustainable for life. We call it the eight keys to success.”
The Eight Keys to Success Weight Loss Planner starts with a brief questionnaire asking for eating and exercise habits and other questions relevant to the participant’s health. The participant receives a detailed analysis along with specific changes she or he can make that will lead to more energy, feeling and looking better and weight loss.
The eight keys are based on the theory that certain foods and drinks should be limited; certain meals and foods should be eaten as they tend to help people eat less; and exercise and sleep are important to fitness and weight loss. The plan revolves around these principles.
The information regarding the keys and the plan comes in an e-book with several links for those wanting to learn more. Additionally, the information is added to the participants’ personal planners on the Fit in the Middle website where they can track their weight, keys to success, journal their weight loss journey and receive tips on staying with the plan.
