HubShout Announces Release of Enhanced Communications Options for White Label SEO Resellers

High tech upgrades to communication flow primarily designed to improve customer retention for HubShout white label SEO resellers

In late March 2014, HubShout implemented a series of new customer communications features. The communications enhancements were announced to HubShout white label SEO resellers in a webinar on March 27th. All Hubshout resellers will benefit from the new features but those who opt to register for Amazon SES will have an extra level of control and branding in communications with their end-clients.

In the webinar, HubShout President Adam Stetzer, Ph.D. explained how the communications upgrades, particularly improved lead notification, can help HubShout’s white label SEO resellers with client retention. “The new communications features are cool technology, but the business case for this is that small businesses have a tough time doing good sales follow up. They’re very busy! The business case is, you’ll have better retention of your marketing services clients–better retention of PPC clients, better retention of SEO clients. You’re getting them to respond to those inbound leads that come through their web-to-lead form. Upgrades include:

Email Delivery Configuration - HubShout has moved all email operations to Amazon SES to improve the speed and reliability of email delivery from the white label SEO dashboard to end-users. Resellers who register for Amazon SES will have a verified email address and expanded branding opportunities. All white label SEO resellers who use HubShout’s email platform pay only 10 cents for every 1,000 emails sent.

Communications Preferences - Within the white label SEO dashboard, resellers will find new controls for lead notification, including notification via SMS (text message). A new call tracking screen will help resellers and clients better manage call tracking numbers and lead flow.

White Labeled Outbound Calls - In the HubShout white label SEO dashboard, resellers can select a phone number with a local area code so clients will see a local number on caller ID. A recording of the phone call is posted in the notes on the white label SEO task screen.

HubShout holds training webinars each day, Monday through Friday at 4 PM EDT. White label SEO resellers may register to attend a training session for help setting up their preferences.
