Whole Foods plans to build a 39,000 square foot facility at this location, its first in North Louisiana. A total of 8.2 acres will be utilized for this portion of the development which will allow for some additional retail shop space to be built across from Whole Foods. Construction is scheduled to begin first quarter of 2014.
