“Stability and functionality was also vital, especially for overnight monitoring,” Fox said. “Once opened, our app overrides auto-lock so your device doesn’t go to sleep when you do. Also, as WiFi Baby uses a local area wireless connection and does not use a cloud server, if your internet connection is interrupted it will still stay connected. You can dim the screen in night mode and, if desired, set an audio alert level so the audio is muted until your selected noise level is triggered."
