Wilder on the Taylor, the exclusive and recreationally oriented second home development along the gold medal Taylor River in Crested Butte, Colorado, has closed the Founder's Offering with the fifth homestead contract. Reflecting the national turn in the economy and the increased market demand for private waters and sustainable communities of preservation and conservation-minded families for natural resources, Wilder’s 2,100 +/- acre heritage ranch will release the next five homesteads starting in the spring of 2014.
