Our winter clinic will be a tremendous opportunity to train over the holiday break and to prepare for the upcoming season.

Derived from Cal’s popular summer swim camp, Coach McKeever along with Assistant Coach Kathie Wickstrand, and current Cal swimmers are proud to offer an abbreviated winter swim clinic. Swimmers will work with Olympians and NCAA All-Americans to prepare for the upcoming swim season.

The 2015 California Swim Clinic boasts a low 5:1 camper to coach ratio and includes in-water training, dry-land conditioning, as well as classroom content and discussions. To round out the two-day session, campers will have unique access to a behind-the-scenes look at Cal Swimming.

“Our winter clinic will be a tremendous opportunity to train over the holiday break and to prepare for the upcoming season,” says Coach McKeever. Regarded as one of the best and most accomplished swimming mentors in the United States, if not the world, Teri McKeever is in her 24th season overseeing the University of California women’s swimming & diving program in 2015-16.

The clinic runs from 8:00am-2:00pm and lunch is provided both days. Suggested hotel accommodations include The Claremont Hotel as well as Hotel Durant, both located in near-proximity to the UC Berkeley campus.

Space is limited to 100 swimmers. Coaches, Parents, and Campers interested in more information, and to register can go to http://www.ussportscamps.com/swim/nike/california/ or call 1-800-645-3226.
