Young Asset Protection and Genesis of Pittsburgh, Inc. Plan Charity Event to Benefit Young Mothers in Pennsylvania
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) April 14, 2016 -- Young Asset Protection, a Pennsylvania-based insurance firm that provides coverage to businesses and families in the greater Pittsburgh area, is announcing a charity event in conjunction with Genesis of Pittsburgh, Inc. that will provide support and resources to local mothers.
Since 1973, the Genesis of Pittsburgh family of service centers has worked to provide pregnant women in the Pittsburgh area with knowledge and support. Genesis of Pittsburgh now has five individual resource centers for pregnant women, including a comprehensive adoption center, the Genesis House shelter for pregnant women, a series of educational classes for birth and adoption parents, and a complete list of counseling services for all parents.
“Genesis of Pittsburgh has been providing life affirming options to single mothers in the Pittsburgh area for generations, and we want to make sure they can continue that mission,” states Megan Young, founder and owner of Young Asset Protection.
Young and her team are raising awareness of the Genesis of Pittsburgh charity event by utilizing social media and email to contact like-minded families and business leaders in the area. The Young Asset Protection team will also be producing a news article discussing the charity drive for the next edition of “Our Hometown,” a monthly local interest magazine published by the firm: http://www.youngassetprotection.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.
Over the last year, Young Asset Protection has supported more than half a dozen other Pennsylvania area charities and non-profits as part of a permanent community involvement campaign. Going forward, Young and her team plan to find another new local charity to support every other month.
