Funk, a partner with the firm, has been elected Deputy Treasurer of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA).
A workers’ compensation attorney at the firm since 2007, Funk previously served as a member of the NYSTLA’s Legislative Committee. A dedicated attorney who is actively engaged in extensive workers’ compensation litigation, Funk said he is honored by the Association’s nomination and election. The installation ceremony will take place in June.

Funk previously served as a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association’s Legislative Committee and is a member of the New York Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health.
