Workwell Technologies signed an agreement to acquire Acroprint, a time recording company serving millions of employees worldwide. Acroprint will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Workwell Technologies.

The acquisition is a strategic pairing of Workwell Technologies, a leading provider of modern cloud-based workforce management systems and Acroprint's historic suite of popular time recording devices. Acroprint has a 50-year legacy of equipping hundreds of thousands of businesses with time clocks.

Glenn Robbins, company president of Acroprint and son of founder Wilbur Robbins said, “Workwell Technologies understands and values our business and sees Acroprint as a strategic partner to its growth. We are thrilled to have the strength of this reputable parent company to usher in the future of Acroprint.” Robbins will retire after 45-years of service to Acroprint on completion of the acquisition.

Amanda Jones, daughter of Glenn Robbins will take the helm as General Manager of the Workwell Technologies subsidiary after her father’s retirement. “We are looking forward to the next 50 years with Workwell Technologies as our parent company,” Jones added.
