World Patent Marketing, a vertically integrated manufacturer and engineer of patented products, announces Micro Poles, a kitchen appliance invention that can raise up microwaves for storage space.

“The kitchen appliance industry is worth $100 billion,” says Scott Cooper, CEO and Creative Director of World Patent Marketing. "This market is expected to grow significantly in the next seven years and a practical kitchen appliance invention like this is sure to do well."

“Microwaves often take up quite a bit of space on kitchen countertops,” says Jerry Shapiro, Director of Manufacturing and World Patent Marketing. “Luckily, the Micro Poles will help move these appliances out of the way and create more storage space.”

Micro Poles are a kitchen appliance invention made to free up space in the kitchen. Countertops are often small and microwaves take up a lot of room. Micro Poles are the perfect invention for anyone with a cluttered countertop. They are made of strong PVC tubes that attach to the underside of the microwave and lift it up a few inches of the ground. This can create a lot of space underneath the microwave to store things in, thus creating room on the previously cluttered countertop. The Micro Poles can even be altered to accommodate different sizes and optimize kitchen space.

“More than two years ago I was living in a small rental apartment and looking for some sort of table that could lift my microwave off of the counter since it took up way too much space,” says inventor Mara S. “Since I was renting the place, I couldn't drill holes in the walls to attach the microwave or anything like that. In the span of three weeks, I searched through various hardware stores and the internet, and in the end, I began thinking about how strong PVC tubes are and how they could be used to lift up the microwave. So I cut one into four five inch pieces, the perfect size so the microwave would be lifted but not run into the cabinets above the counter. By lifting it up, I was able to use the top and bottom areas of the microwave as storage.”
