App invention for drivers on the road

Follow Me allows you to follow another driver by syncing a mobile device

"The Navigational Instrument Manufacturing industry is worth $108 billion," says Scott Cooper, CEO and Creative Director of World Patent Marketing and Desa Industries Inc.

World Patent Marketing, a vertically integrated manufacturer and engineer of patented products, announces Follow Me, an app invention that will benefit drivers on the road.

"The Navigational Instrument Manufacturing industry is worth $108 billion," says Scott Cooper, CEO and Creative Director of World Patent Marketing and The Cooper Idea Foundation. "In the coming years, increasing corporate profit will allow for greater private R&D spending. This will in turn facilitate further product innovation and boost industry revenue growth."

“Even with GPS and road finding apps, people often have a problem reaching their destinations,” says Jerry Shapiro, Director of Manufacturing, “If you will be going to a friend’s new house, and one of your friends know the way, Follow Me will be a useful application on knowing where the destination is and your friends are.”

This app invention is a breakthrough in road travels as it helps people who are on a convoy to reach a certain endpoint. Follow Me makes use of a smart phone’s data and GPD capabilities. This app invention shows a map of the area that creates a sequence of where the leader is as well as the others who are behind.

“When in a car, following someone to an unknown destination, you are at the mercy of the person you are following,” says inventor Brad E. “The leader may drive faster than you and you may be unable to keep up. The person following would not need to know the address of the final destination or need to worry about being separated while travelling due to traffic, weather conditions, darkness, construction etc. Follow Me would allow one person to follow another person by syncing a smart phone app or existing GPS systems to one another.”

James Stone, a blogger and car enthusiast from Glendale, CA, has this to say about the app invention: “Follow Me provides safety and security when you are in a convoy and you are tailing a friend. There is no need to worry about keeping up with the person you are following, and if you are the leader, no need to worry about those who are trailing behind.”

This app invention is a breakthrough in land travels as it eliminates the manual need to always be on the lookout for the leading car. The leading car no longer has to watch his back, as this app will make sure that everyone reaches their destination.
