Wright hip lawsuits (http://www.consumerinjurylawyers.com/wright-profemur-hip-replacement) involving Wright Medical Technology’s Profemur Hip Replacement System continue to move forward in courts throughout the U.S., Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to court documents filed on October 22nd in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Wright Medical is seeking to limit testimony given by the Plaintiffs’ treating physician during trial. Among other things, the Defense asserts that the doctor should not be permitted to offer opinions on cardiac, pulmonary, psychiatric, or other topics outside his surgical specialty.
