WTSO to Make Big Changes This Fall

The online wine platform is remodeling their website design and introducing new shopping features to further accommodate their customer base.

WTSO, an online wine provider since 2006, is undergoing several developments to give their website a fresh, new look with an abundance of features. Cultivated from the goal to improve the online user experience, this website remodel is expected to deliver more of the customer service, resources, and wines that shoppers are sure to love.

The idea to redesign the WTSO website stemmed from the desire to update each page with a fresh, new look that reflects the ever-changing wine industry. While the heart of every page has the same messages and goals, the appearance will be noticeably elevated.

Viewers can expect to see a new color palette, smoother lines, a more modern and sleek theme, carefully-organized tabs and categories, and more on the new WTSO.com. While the look is undoubtedly contemporary, it stays true to the design elements that truly make the brand one-of-a-kind.

The changes don’t just stop at the appearance of the website. Users will now have access to a Premium Selections tab, a more thorough sign-up process, the newly-added cellar reorder feature, and more. While the added features are in fact new, they maintain similarity to the old components of the site to still give shoppers a smooth, problem-free browsing experience.

Perhaps the biggest change, which certainly affects the redesign, is that WTSO will be taking on their previous child company. Weekly Tasting, a commitment-free wine club that curates themed tasting sets with multiple bottles of wine each week, will now be transforming from its own stand-alone company to a part of the WTSO brand — but it’ll be much more than a new feature.

Weekly Tasting will continue to deliver the services that their existing customer base loves, all while being housed on the WTSO website. By clicking on the “Weekly Tasting” tab, all WTSO customers will now have access to the same perks as Weekly Tasting customers: wine tasting sets, recipes, tasting cards, recommendations from sommeliers, informational video materials, and more.

This fall, wine lovers are encouraged to browse the new WTSO website and engage in a new and exciting way to shop for wine. While the skeleton of the company is the same, the appearance and development are taking a front seat this upcoming season to reflect the luxurious and classic themes of the brand.
