ATLANTA, Nov. 16, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Yardstick Management, America's leading Black-Owned management consulting firm, today announced it has chosen the historic City of Brunswick, Georgia for it's newest office location. The office will serve as headquarters to the firm's most recent hires, Dr. Monica Miller-Smith, Odet Douglass, and Keisha Herron. Additionally, what was once prominent plantation land on St. Simon's Island is now home to Yardstick Management Institute, a three-day retreat focused on equipping the nation's top leaders with tools to create impactful organizational change. The theme of the inaugural event, Leadership & Vulnerability: A Journey of Awareness, Reflection, & Commitment, will be held January 12-14, 2022.

During this immersive retreat, a select cohort of the nation's top leaders will gather in St. Simons Island to explore diversity, equity, and inclusion lessons learned, cultural awareness, and engage in self-reflection. Attendees will embark on a personal journey that will help them redefine leadership commitment in an ever-changing diverse, global landscape. Yardstick Management is thrilled to announce that Chris Webber, a partner of the firm, a 5-time NBA All Star, and an NBA Hall of Fame Inductee, will be the institute's keynote speaker. Additional speakers leading sessions and discussions include:
