Yelp Adds Health Grades Making Online Reviews More Vital for Restaurants with Low Grades, Says

Times published an article on December 19, 2013 entitled “Now on Yelp: Los Angeles County restaurant health grades” that focused on a new feature of Yelp in which health grades from inspectors will be displayed on each restaurant listing. Times published “Now on Yelp: Los Angeles County restaurant health grades”, an article that discusses an addition to Yelp listings that now includes health grades issued by County inspectors. Though the Los Angeles County Department of Health has been assigning grades since 1997, this marks the first time that the information is made so readily available in a public search format.
