Chandler Insurance Group Announces Charity Event to Raise Funds for a New Van for the San Marcos Youth Service Bureau
San Marcos, TX (PRWEB) November 09, 2016 -- The Chandler Insurance Group, a family owned and operated insurance and financial planning agency serving communities in and around the greater Austin metropolitan region, is launching a charity initiative in an effort to gather community support and raise donations to purchase a new van for the San Marcos Youth Service Bureau.
For more than 40 years, the nonprofit San Marcos Youth Service Bureau has worked to provide support and empowerment to underprivileged young people in the Austin area. The goal of this charity event will be to raise donations from families and business owners in the local community and purchase a new van for the SMYSB that will be used to transport program participants.
“The Youth Bureau has needed reliable transportation for some time, and we are assisting in this effort because we think it’s very important that these children have access to safe, reliable transportation,” says Randal Grizzle, the acting manager and owner of Chandler Insurance Group.
A dedicated social media presence and an email information sharing system have already been implemented by the Chandler Insurance team in an effort to raise donations for the SMYSB charity event.
