ZCorum, an industry leader in the deployment of managed diagnostics tools and software for broadband providers announced that they will be transitioning over several key broadband services for Community Communications Company from another managed services provider. The agreement gives Community Communications Company a comprehensive suite of services including device provisioning for data and voice customers, broadband diagnostics, network engineering and end-user support services.

Located in southeast Arkansas, Community Communications Company, known to their subscribers as CCC, has been providing services to its community since 1972 and today provides cable TV, Internet and VoIP services for both residential and business customers.

Prior to signing with ZCorum, CCC had been receiving monitoring and diagnostic support tools from another service provider but had begun looking for a solution that would better meet their needs.

As part of the move to ZCorum, CCC will be receiving around the clock technical support for its data, voice and video subscribers, along with network monitoring and engineering support from ZCorum staff. In addition, CCC will also receive access to TruVizion, ZCorum’s patented cable modem and CMTS diagnostic application, as well as its companion mobile app for phones and tablets.

Late last year CCC signed up for and started using ZCorum’s PreEqualization Analyzer and Upstream Analyzer products. The decision was quickly made to expand into additional managed services from ZCorum to further enhance the customer experience.

“These new services allow us to support CCC subscribers and staff from start to finish,” said Arthur Skinner, Vice President of World Wide Sales for ZCorum. “Plus, the addition of TruVizion gives CCC even more insight into their broadband network and devices, which will further increase operational efficiency while improving the quality of service for their customers.”

ZCorum’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Julie Compann expressed her gratitude that CCC has become a big part of the ZCorum family. “We are delighted to be working with CCC and we’re looking forward to building on our relationship with them. We’re honored that they’ve entrusted us to help with their broadband needs and to provide support for their customers.”
