Integration Helps Tech Partners Reconcile Licenses, Reduce Data Entry, Improve Billing Accuracy
SAN FRANCISCO, July 11, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Zomentum, creators of the first intelligent Revenue Platform built for the Partner Ecosystem, announced today that its Zomentum Connect license management application now integrates with ConnectWise Manage® professional services automation (PSA) platform to help tech partners reconcile licenses, reduce data entry, and improve invoice and billing accuracy.
Zomentum Connect, part of the Zomentum Revenue Platform, is a tool that protects partner revenue by automatically synchronizing customer software licensing to professional services automation (PSA) systems, ensuring all licenses are billed accurately.
With the ConnectWise Manage integration, Zomentum Connect customers can easily link licenses with the appropriate agreements. Once linked, changes are automatically updated, sold licenses are registered on time, and sales are automatically invoiced.
"Zomentum's mission is to accelerate and streamline the revenue process for tech partners," said Zomentum Co-founder and CEO Shruti Ghatge. "Zomentum Connect's integration with ConnectWise Manage PSA helps our partners to reduce human errors, save valuable time and increase profitability."
"Zomentum Connect users can save an estimated two days per month on reconciliation and data entry while potentially increasing revenue by 25 percent by closing unbilled licenses," said Jef Bogaerts, ZConnect Product Manager at Zomentum.
When enabled, Zomentum Connect's integration with ConnectWise Manage creates a seamless flow of information as follows:
1. Businesses can map their ConnectWise Manage agreements with Zomentum Connect and integrate their vendors
2. With Zomentum Connect, licenses are easily linked with the appropriate agreements in ConnectWise Manage
Zomentum Connect's integration with ConnectWise Manage is available immediately.
