Both the G 7889 and G 7899 systems are extremely durable. The systems are capable of performing optimally day in and day out for 15,000 hours, equating to up to 15 years of continuous service. Over 90% of each Miele Washer-Disinfector is comprised of 304/316 stainless steel. Operation is easy with a variety of preinstalled programs, and extensive operating alarms and safety devices are built-in. Both systems circulate water at 105 gallons per minute for gentle yet powerful cleaning, and heated forced air achieves rapid drying. Specialized baskets and racks with injectors are available for the tools specifically used in plastic surgeries.

Miele Washer-Disinfectors are rated for intermediate level disinfection prior to sterilization. The systems assist practices in conforming to industry best practices, such as AAMI ST79, and the instrument manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and sterilization. Miele direct service installs all washers and performs a verification performance test for both cleaning and disinfection to prove system performance. Customers can rely on call center support free-of-charge, and Miele Service continually updates inventory of replacement parts to assure supply if needed.
