Since joining TCN in 2010, Bird has elevated his career rapidly, starting as a marketing manager and now holding the title of CMO. The award acknowledges Bird’s contributions and the integral role he has played in propelling TCN’s rapid growth. With Bird’s executive expertise in marketing, TCN has successfully established multiple partnerships and executed breakthrough launches during the last year. In addition, Bird has successfully implemented various marketing programs to drive sales adoption and retention rates through creative email as well as call and drip engagement campaigns. The innovative marketing programs not only helped increase overall sales, but also played a significant role in boosting market penetration. As a result, TCN has achieved a hyper growth of more than 75 percent during the last year.
