Hodges-Mace Expands Sales Leadership Team with Two Key Appointments; Appoints Mike Ehrle to SVP, Strategic Partnerships, Hires Ashley Ferguson as SVP, Sales

These strategic appointments create the infrastructure for Hodges-Mace to achieve future growth objectives.
Hodges-Mace has been on a fast trajectory since 2014, and last year celebrated its most profitable year on record. The thriving company has established a national footprint to partner with firms across the country. This level of growth requires an investment in top sales talent to strengthen existing relationships, penetrate new markets and open new distribution channels.
Mike Ehrle Moving to SVP, Strategic Partnerships
In his new position as SVP of Strategic Partnerships, Mike Ehrle is taking on a new challenge and is responsible for deepening corporate ties with national brokers, technology consultants, HCM/payroll companies, medical and group carriers, private-equity firms, and other key players in the Hodges-Mace ecosystem. He reports directly to Co-CEO, Greg Hodges.
Mike was SVP of Sales for two years at Hodges-Mace before being named SVP of Strategic Partnerships. During this time Mike expanded the sales team from 14 to 35 people, introduced multiple new functions and processes, sold over 200 new accounts and generated approximately $40M of new revenue.
When asked why Mike was selected for this pivotal role, Greg noted the choice was easy. “This newly created position involves interacting with senior executives from large companies, deep product knowledge and strategic selling with a proven track record. Mike is clearly the right person for the job.”
Ashley Ferguson Joins as SVP, Sales
As part of the new growth strategy, Hodges-Mace hired Ashley Ferguson as SVP of Sales where she manages a team of three regional vice presidents, inside sales, as well as the director of sales operations.
Ashley comes from Change Healthcare where she led the Eligibility and Enrollment sales organization. Prior to Change Healthcare, Ashley spent 20 years in sales roles at ADP where she had a successful track record of leading teams to outperform their goals. She reports directly to Greg.

Hodges-Mace has a national sales team, with 25 individuals in client facing roles, with another team of 10 supporting these efforts in the home office. Clients include companies across numerous verticals, public entities and strategic partners. The majority of clients come from partnerships with national consulting and brokerage firms.
Hodges-Mace currently employs nearly 300 people and is moving to a larger facility in January 2018 to accommodate its record growth. The company maintains a second location in Conyers, GA where product development is conducted.
