Gubagoo Inc., the leading provider of advanced automotive dealer chat and digital communication solutions, today announced that it will unveil a new dealer platform, Gubagoo Live, during the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show 2018 in Las Vegas March 23-24. During the conference, Gubagoo will be hosting private demonstrations in a VIP suite at The Encore Hotel.

Gubagoo Live is a powerful new platform for dealers and their teams to instantly connect with customers and access real-time analytics. The new platform includes the ability to jump into chats, texts, and messenger conversations; team chats; live video streaming; inbound/outbound texting; and robust reporting and analytics across all Gubagoo products and services. Beautiful reporting visualizations that are actionable and easy to understand provide dealers with unprecented insight into team and dealership performance. This announcement builds on Gubagoo’s recent launch of their Facebook Marketplace integration which has realized significant dealer adoption.

All of the features and functionality of Gubagoo’s ResQ app will be available in Gubagoo Live, which will provide dealers with greater visibility and control into off-showroom sales conversations. Dealers can watch a live chat, whisper suggestions to the chat operator, or take over a conversation and chat with the customer directly.

Gubagoo will be rebranding it’s ResQ app as Gubagoo Live to create one unified platform across web and mobile.

Gubagoo is also launching Gubagoo Text+, a brand new texting product that enables dealers to centrally manage SMS communications within the dealership. Text+ enables dealers to receive and manage all incoming SMS conversations, as well as create new outbound SMS conversations with existing customers. The product has a robust feature set including inventory integration, team whispers, live video, recorded video, customer opt-in/out-opt procedures, reporting and more.

The app will also feature a new live video streaming capability that dealers can use, for example, to show a customer a car on the showroom floor, the status of a service repair, or simply talk face to face.
