PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Samuel H. Pond, Managing Partner of Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano is honored as the Beasley School of Law's inductee into the 21st annual Temple University Gallery of Success. The Gallery of Success pays tribute to Temple alumni who have applied their knowledge from Temple to further innovate their studied fields.
Mr. Pond graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1984 and has concentrated his practice in workers' compensation litigation since 1986. He attributes much of his successful legal career to his time at Temple and gives back to the Beasley School of Law as an Adjunct Professor teaching a class on workers' compensation. He is a firm believer in investing in the next generation of leaders, leading him to establish the Pond Lehocky Trial Advocacy Scholarship with Partner Jerry M. Lehocky in 2013. Mr. Pond also created a thriving internship program for law students at Pond Lehocky with his partners, which includes Beasley Law School students every year. It offers students hands-on experience in a professional legal environment and with a culture centered on client service and using the Firm's resources to make a difference.
2018 marks the 30th anniversary of Mr. Pond practicing as a workers' compensation claimant attorney, an accomplishment that was made possible through the education and resources provided by Temple Beasley School of Law. Every fall, Temple honors a new class of inductees who are showcased in The Gallery of Success exhibit for the year. The exhibit is located on the lower level of Mitten Hall.
